The Best Spring 2025 Runway Fashion Trends

The Best Spring 2025 Runway Fashion Trends

Joy was ever-present in the Spring 2025 collections, with a sense of optimism and individuality taking center stage. If you want to dress up, then this is your season. Maximalism made a major comeback, with beaded jackets worn with ruffled floral chiffon skirts, lace tights, and jewels at Valentino; brocade pieces mixed with lace blouses and satin skirts at Saint Laurent; and swinging rope necklaces layered over blouson tweeds at Louis Vuitton.

Silhouettes this season took on a soft power, with feminine draping, ruffles, and layers of chiffon. Jonathan Anderson’s light-as-air floral fabrics were transformed into bouncing hoop skirts made of crinoline. Demure? For sure—albeit in a slightly subverted way at Prada and Balenciaga in the form of Peter Pan collar coats with colored tights, bow-tie blouse dresses open in the back and tied with laces.

Here, some of the top trends.
